Barbecued Pork Ribs

This meal is simply delicious and my family members enjoy it so much especially my little girl 2.5year old just refused to let go the bone. Is also best go to with few sips of wine.

INGREDIENTS
3 racks of back bone pork ribs as per photo
(slightly expensive than normal pork ribs and contained less fat)

MARINATED with
2-3 Tablespoon of Abalone Sauce (Yummy House)
2-3 Tablespoon of Shao Shing Hua Tiew Wine
2 Tablespoon of GingerJuice
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
1 Tablespoon Fine Chop Coriander Leaf
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Pinch of Salt (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon of Coarse Black Pepper

Washed the Pork Ribs with running tab water and pat dry. MIXED all the above ingredients and rub evenly on the pork ribs. Put everything in a air tight container and left it in fridge for 6hrs or overnight will be better.

COOKING method using Philips AIR Fryer
Degree 200*
Grill ribs for 10-12 minutes each side or until well browned, basting with remaining sauce on every turning.
